All items are shipped from our warehouse in Mooresville, NC, USA

TRANSIT / DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may be affected by USPS or courier company service interruptions, labour disputes, inclement weather, holidays, holiday volume, etc. Please refer to the USPS or courier company website for current service notices and expected delivery times.

PROCESSING TIME:

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays and some state holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

Shipping charges are calculated based on published USPS or courier company shipping rates from our warehouse in Mooresville, NC. If you select a shipping service with tracking at checkout, you will receive a tracking number when your item ships. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA):

Shipping charges are calculated based on published USPS or courier company shipping rates from our warehouse in Mooresville, North Carolina, USA. We are not responsible for taxes or duties that may apply to orders shipping outside of the United States.

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, or due to an insufficient, wrong or incomplete address, the purchaser will be charged the additional cost for shipping the order to its proper destination. If we are unable to reach the purchaser after an item is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the original order cost minus the cost of shipping.
